ReadBarCode is a programme that can decode EAN-13 bar code for personal use. It needs only a ordinary webcam and your computer of course, than the programme can input the EAN-13 bar code on your books or something else to your computer. By the way, it was programmed just for fun, I donot promise its stabilization and correctness of output.
